
ABOUT
Aslesha Dhillon has completed her MSc in Global Affairs with a concentration in energy and environment policy from New York University. She received the NYU Green Grant Award for her master's capstone (thesis) project that aimed to test and build out a solar-powered atmospheric water condenser with the aim to address domestic (US) and international water security issues. Aslesha completed her undergraduate studies with honours from the University of Edinburgh in MA (Hons) International Relations and Law. She was awarded the Edinburgh Global India Scholarship by the University of Edinburgh for her undergraduate studies. She has professional experience with the United Nations, Government of India and NGOs. During her schooling in India, Aslesha directly worked with affected communities in India on various issues such as education, gender equality, sustainability and poverty eradication.
