Assisted the Indian Delegation in various multilateral meetings in the Economic and Financial Committee of the General Assembly and enhanced analytical, research and active listening skills.

Key Accomplishments:

  • Contributed to the multilateral meetings by authoring focused documentations and reports regarding national government policy priorities.

  • Collaborated in composing national statements relating to energy, urban planning, poverty eradication and climate change based on research and analysis.

  • Aided a new appointee of the Indian Delegation with important matters of the key multilateral negotiations and created a synthesized information sheet of the India’s historical and current policy positions for their assistance.

DPI YOUTH/ECOSOC REPRESENTATIVE TO THE UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS

Composed, proofread and edited succinct summary articles for multiple UN meetings, closely followed the negotiations of the sustainable development goals and published the reports of my colleagues on the NGO’s blog. Analyzed global policies on international platforms including the UNFCCC COP19 (UN Climate Change) held at Warsaw, Poland. Assisted the planning and management of conference on health and environment held at the UN.

Key Accomplishments:

  • Functioned as Assistant Editor for World Ecology Report for Spring-Summer 2015, and Contributing Editor for World Ecology Report for Fall-Winter 2014. Publication of World Information Transfer.

  • Televised interview with UNFCCC TV discussing the engagement of young people at the UN Climate Talks.

  • Assisted the budget and economic session of the Ukraine Mission to the UN during the main part of the 69th General Assembly as a result of my performance at the NGO.

Provided viewing of an official adaptation of an internationally acclaimed film, Khamosh Pani.

Key Accomplishments:

  • The production of such a multicultural, diverse, and politically controversial performance proved to be a significant and pivotal moment for theater in the UK and EUTC.

  • Functioned as project manager, overseeing the adaption of the screenplay to theater, spearheading administrative, financial, legal, and marketing operations.
